Services

Everything we do, in one place.

From a quick second opinion to a full management system, here's how we can help. Pick what fits, skip what doesn't.

Every engagement is shaped around your situation. It's always independent, confidential and based on evidence, with honest findings delivered in plain language and with respect. And the aim is always the same: a system that makes your people's work easier, not harder.

Building & checking your system

Systems that fit how you actually work.

Setting things up, seeing how they're doing, and getting ready for certification.

01

Management system consulting

Hands-on help to design, join up and improve your quality, safety and environmental systems, from policy right down to the front line. Starting fresh, reorganizing or just stuck? We'll find a clear way forward together.

Includes

  • Integrated management systems (quality, environment, safety)
  • Process-based thinking and process mapping
  • Hazard identification and risk ranking
  • Interpreting ISO and other standards in plain language
  • Change management and reorganization support
  • Security programs for people, property and information
02

We run it for you

Many organizations don't need advice so much as someone to take the program on. We step in and run your safety, environmental, quality or security program day to day, bring it back into compliance, and keep it there. When the answer isn't obvious, we do the research: reading the regulation, checking with the regulator, and confirming what actually applies, so you get an answer you can rely on.

Includes

  • Running environmental management programs, including permits, reporting and records
  • Managing security systems and procedures
  • Keeping safety and quality programs current and audit-ready
  • Bringing programs that have fallen behind back into compliance
  • Researching requirements and confirming what applies to you
03

Audits & certification readiness

From a first friendly gap check to a full certification-style audit. Every finding is tied to the exact requirement, so you always know what it means and why it matters.

Includes

  • ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 audits
  • External COR / OSSE safety audits
  • Internal audits, done for you or with you
  • Mock and pre-assessment audits before the real thing
  • Supplier and contractor audits
04

Security assessments & verification

Security gaps usually hide in ordinary places: a propped door, a shared password, a system someone set up on their own. We find them, rank them by risk, and help you close them.

Includes

  • Physical and building security walk-throughs
  • Access control, keys, cards and departed employees' access
  • Checks of websites, accounts, passwords, backups and shadow IT
  • Verifying that security programs and procedures are in place and followed

On-site, remote, virtual & hybrid

Some work is best done standing on the shop floor. Some works just as well over a video call and a shared folder. We'll suggest whatever fits your sites, people and schedule.

Includes

  • On-site audits, walkthroughs and front-line interviews
  • Remote and virtual audits with live video walkthroughs
  • Hybrid audits: documents reviewed ahead, shorter site visits
  • Quality control checks against the exact requirement

Newer ways to help

Useful tools and honest recognition.

Letting AI do the heavy lifting, and a way to show your system has been independently checked.

AI integration

AI-directed setup for organizations that don't have the time. AI tools do the heavy lifting of planning, building and organizing, and we direct the work and check the results, so it gets done for you.

Includes

  • Choosing and setting up a cloud service or an in-house server
  • Bringing scattered information together and cleaning up files
  • Making old or hard-to-reach records searchable and usable

15

Industry Stewardship Verified

An independent outside look at your system, without the time and cost of formal certification. A friendly first milestone for smaller organizations, agencies and non-profits.

Includes

  • Your choice of scope: safety, environment, quality or integrated
  • Assessment against published criteria, on-site or remote
  • Plain-language findings, with time to close any gaps
  • A written statement of recognition with scope and date, renewed through follow-up

In plain terms: Industry Stewardship Verified is an independent, non-accredited recognition program. It is not accreditation by the Standards Council of Canada or any IAF member accreditation body, it is not ISO certification, and it is not a Certificate of Recognition (COR). A COR is issued only through an approved certifying partner.

A supplier and product directory for Canadian organizations

Something we'd love to build: an easy way to find Canadian suppliers and products. It's in development, and we'll share more here when there's more to share.

Not sure which one you need?

That's completely normal. Tell us what's going on, and we'll help you work out what would actually help. No pressure, just a straightforward conversation.
